A seasoned LP with extensive experience investing and institutionalising first time and emerging VC managers. Sam focuses on the entire transaction process – from sourcing to diligence to Investment Committee decisions alongside our shareholders.

Operationally experienced Venture Capitalist building, investing and launching both companies and funds. George primarily works with the Thema Support team and as a director for Thema’s Lux AIFM. He is also a member of the Investment Committee managing shareholders.

Masters in Law and compliance specialist managing FCA regulated and appointed representative firms. Olivia leverages her expertise in regulatory compliance to oversee and support our investment managers throughout their fundraising period. She facilitates and oversees their Appointed Representative status and continues to provide comprehensive support during the incorporation of the fund and beyond.

Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics with Astrophysics. Focused on streamlining the tech stack, investment due diligence, and supporting with regulatory compliance.

A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial services predominantly in pensions and private equity. She has extensive experience in fund accounting and corporate accounting. Sandhuni oversees the finance function at Thema.

Representing Thema’s legal partner Eversheds Sutherland, Ronald is a highly experienced Financial Services lawyer, with regulatory and structuring practices across London and Luxembourg where he setup the Eversheds Sutherland office. He heads the legal for Thema, as well as working with specialist partners across Eversheds Sutherland for transaction, debt, tax and general legal matters.

Manu joined Thema after graduating from UCL with a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics. Drawing on a strong analytical foundation and a passion for venture capital, he supports the firm across regulatory compliance, investment due diligence, and operations, while working closely with clients throughout the venture ecosystem to help them grow and scale effectively.

Experienced marketing consultant and content specialist supporting Thema across content, brand and strategy. Lucy primarily works with the Thema Support team and contributes marketing expertise to the wider group.

Over 4 years’ experience in the UK private markets (PE/VC) space, advising emerging fund managers on compliance, risk and operating models. A core focus has been the FCA Appointed Representative (Principal–AR) regime, supporting firms through onboarding, and helping Principals meet ongoing oversight, monitoring and reporting obligations
