She facilitates and oversees their Appointed Representative status and continues to provide comprehensive support during the incorporation of the fund and beyond.

A finance and operations leader with extensive experience building, scaling and institutionalising alternative investment managers across private equity, venture debt and hedge funds. Kas advises on end-to-end operational strategy – from infrastructure and regulatory frameworks to investor readiness, governance and execution alongside senior leadership.

Representing Thema’s legal partner Eversheds Sutherland, Ronald is a highly experienced Financial Services lawyer, with regulatory and structuring practices across London and Luxembourg where he setup the Eversheds Sutherland office. He heads the legal for Thema, as well as working with specialist partners across Eversheds Sutherland for transaction, debt, tax and general legal matters.

Over 4 years’ experience in the UK private markets (PE/VC) space, advising emerging fund managers on compliance, risk and operating models. A core focus has been the FCA Appointed Representative (Principal–AR) regime, supporting firms through onboarding, and helping Principals meet ongoing oversight, monitoring and reporting obligations

Bradley is a social media marketer with over seven years of experience in the gaming and tech industries. They have led social media strategy and content creation for high-profile brands such as F1 Arcade, Guild Esports (co-owned by David Beckham), and ESL. Their expertise spans content creation, copywriting, social media strategy, and best practices for digital engagement, with a focus on innovative solutions for product launches and audience re-engagement.

Alina brings a creative yet strategic approach to marketing and communications, informed by her background in interior and lighting design. Her experience across design studios and creative projects in London and New York has shaped her understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and audience engagement. At Forge Together, Alina supports the development of thoughtful, design-led campaigns by combining research, creative intuition, and a strong attention to detail.
